From my point of view Jack is so eager to become a leader. I think if he gets to be a leader he won’t be able to handle it or even know how to lead everyone. Evidence for this is he said “I ought to be chief!” Jack does many different activities without Ralph knowing. This suggests that Jack really wants to be a leader and he thinks he’s too good to follow Ralph. He would make a good leader because he is really commanding and he is also brave.Jack is not scared of anything. Moreover,he gives out really good orders. On the other hand, he could be really selfish and blunt at times and just betrays them.
From my point of view I think Ralph would be a really good leader because he has more experience. As soon as they landed on the beach he was the leader because he sunk into that role and did really good as he is always straight forward with anyone on the beach and more importantly clever and he has got some common sense. Evidence for this is when he says ‘well then’ all at once he found he can talk fluently and explain what he had to say.”

Good use of personal view point here Billy.
Make sure that your evidence comes from the text and is copied word for word.

Excellent development of your main idea Billy. Now make an evidence based prediction about who will eventually become leader of the group. Jack or Ralph?
Remember it is super important that you justify your idea with evidence from the text.
